Guides

Playbooks, not documentation.

Five short guides for getting Closr doing something useful. Each one is a goal, three steps, and what it looks like when it's working.

Playbook 01

The first three minutes

Get from a new account to a booking link you can send someone today.

01

Connect a calendar

Google, Outlook, Lark, or Zoom, from Settings. Connect more than one if your life is split across them — Closr merges the busy blocks so an offered slot is genuinely free.

02

Create one event type

Start with the meeting you take most. Set the duration, add a buffer either side, and add the two or three questions you always end up asking in the first five minutes.

03

Set your hours and share the link

A weekly pattern plus overrides for the days that don't follow it. Then send aiclosr.ai/your-name, or link straight to the single event type.

What good looks like

You can stop proposing times. The confirmation email, the calendar event, the conferencing link, and the CRM contact all happen without you.

Playbook 02

Cut no-shows on meetings you already booked

Hold a bigger share of the meetings you've already paid to create.

01

Start measuring attendance properly

Closr resolves each booking to held or missed from evidence after the meeting, rather than counting confirmations. Until that's the number you're reading, nothing you change will look like it worked.

02

Set reminder cadence per event type

A paid workshop and a fifteen-minute intro don't need the same treatment. Configure the cadence on the event type, not globally.

03

Act on the risk score

Bookings are scored for no-show risk. Use the flag to trigger the extra nudge on the bookings likely to slip instead of blanket-messaging everyone.

What good looks like

A show rate that moves when you change something — and analytics that tell you which event types and time slots are leaking.

Playbook 03

Run outbound without buying a list

Go from an ICP description to a verified, sequenced audience.

01

Describe who you want

Use the AI search on the leads page — type the customer you're after and Closr compiles it into the filter set, or build the filters yourself if you already know them.

02

Let verification run before you send

Syntax, MX, disposable-domain, and role-account checks run for free on every address. Turn on the deeper pass for the segments that matter.

03

Sequence from your own mailbox

Connect Gmail or Outlook and build a multi-step drip. It stops the moment someone replies or books, so nobody gets step three after they've already said yes.

What good looks like

An audience you can audit, a domain reputation you keep, and replies landing in the inbox you already read.

Playbook 04

Put a voice agent on your site in an afternoon

Have something answer the phone and the website widget by end of day.

01

Feed it your website

Run the knowledge-base crawler over your own site. Pages are staged for review, one document each, so you approve exactly what the agent is allowed to say. Promote them to live.

02

Set the persona and the guardrails

The answering sentence is the greeting — the agent says what you write, nothing else. Then set allowed and forbidden topics, required disclosures, and who a call escalates to.

03

Test-call it before it goes live

Use the test-call page, listen back, and fix what it got wrong in the knowledge base. Then attach a phone number, embed the widget, or both.

What good looks like

Out-of-hours enquiries answered at conversational latency, with a clean hand-off to a human when the conversation goes past the line.

Playbook 05

A CRM that stays true without data entry

Stop the pipeline from being accurate only the day before the forecast call.

01

Let bookings create the records

Every confirmed booking creates or matches a contact and writes an activity. That alone keeps most of the CRM current without anyone typing.

02

Record the meetings

The note taker's summary, decisions, and action items are captured onto the contact and the deal. Edit a summary later and the capture re-runs, so corrections propagate.

03

Sync the mailbox

Opt into Gmail or Outlook thread sync so email conversations land on the same timeline as the calls and bookings.

What good looks like

Opening a deal shows every meeting with that contact plus a rollup across them — the running story, not four disconnected transcripts.
